Program Development & Outreach Coordinator

Gabby began working at The Bronx is Blooming in the summer of 2019 as the Project Mentor of Rev. Foster Park. She is now leading our efforts to connect more with young children by cultivating partnerships with pre-schools, elementary schools and libraries. Gabby also helps us ensure great volunteer turnout at our park revitalization projects by coordinating with individual community members, organizations, businesses, and schools.

She has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Fordham University and is currently working on her M.S in Sustainability in the Urban Environment at The City College of New York. She believes cities can be places where humans and other species thrive together and she often reminds people that every being’s health is intertwined with every other being’s.

Favorite Bronx Park: Crotona Park (especially the lake area where we planted a beautiful native-plant garden
