Education and Outreach Manager

The Education and Outreach Manager (EOM) leads The Bronx is Blooming's environmental education and community outreach initiatives, connecting Bronx youth and residents with programs that inspire environmental stewardship, youth leadership, and community action. This position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing education and outreach programs while leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of new programming that advances the organization's mission and strategic goals. Working closely with schools, community organizations, volunteers, and public partners, the EOM will expand opportunities for Bronx residents to engage with nature, deepen environmental awareness, and become active stewards of their communities.

The EOM serves as a collaborative leader who builds meaningful partnerships, oversees educational programming, manages staff and volunteers, and helps increase awareness of The Bronx is Blooming's work throughout the borough.
